Accessibility

Designed to be simple and comfortable to use

BuildGuide uses large type, clear contrast, generous controls and one main decision at a time.

Our approach

We aim for keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, useful headings, plain language and layouts that work when text is enlarged.

Checker design

Each screen asks one question, explains why the question matters and includes an “I’m not sure” answer wherever uncertainty is reasonable.

Reports

Reports use headings and repeated structures so they can be scanned visually or navigated with assistive technology. A print option allows users to save or print a simpler copy.

Known limitations

Some third-party sign-in and project-management features may have their own accessibility behaviour. These should be tested separately before a full production launch.
